At BoldEon, we are committed to providing high-quality jewellery pieces that meet your expectations. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding purchases:

  1. Non-Refundable Policy

    • All purchased items are considered final sale and are non-refundable under normal circumstances. We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect items before completing their purchase.
  2. Policy for Damaged Items

    • In the rare event that a purchased item is found to be damaged:
      • Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item by providing proof of damage (e.g., clear photographs and/or videos).
      • Damaged items must not show signs of misuse or unauthorized repairs.
    • Once the damage is verified and approved by our team, a 20% to 80% refund of the purchase price will be issued.
  3. Return Process for Damaged Items

    • To initiate the process, please contact our customer service team at hello@boldeon.store with your order details and evidence of the damage.
    • Upon approval, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.
  4. Exceptions

    • Damage caused by improper handling, wear and tear, or third-party alterations will not qualify for a refund.
